With the help of this technique, designers can design on the computer prior to printing the designs with the help of a laser-cutting printer. Moreover, Microfluidic methods are used in order to fill the gaps in the patterns with a certain type of metal.<\/p>\n<p>This new methodology allows researchers to print a lot of electrode sheets. Each sheet feature a little bit different design. This way they can get the best design.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rapidprototypechina.com\/\">Faster rapid prototyping services<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Before the development of this technique, designs were sent to the manufacturing department. And it took weeks or months to decide on the best design, according to Salehi-Reyhani. With the help of this new technique, the process has become a lot faster.<\/p>\n<p>The professor further said, &#8220;Prototyping process at the bench is a really important step for eliminating the need for central fabrication facilities&#8221; Simplifying the microelectrodes production to a bench-top technique is a good tool for fabrication for those who don&#8217;t have access to powerful facilities. Moreover, if you want to make the process faster in addition to improving the designs, this new technique can be ideal.<\/p>\n<p>In this research, the goal of the team is to make chips to analyze and isolate the rare cells of cancer in the blood, and these cells cause the spread of this disease in the body. The researchers showed how these devices can analyze the single cells of cancer.<\/p>\n<p>Wearable Devices and Thier Medical Application<\/p>\n<p>The professor is hopeful that this new methodology can boost the development process of small sensing devices.<\/p>\n<p>There is no doubt that the technique can be used to make it easier to make a lot of flexible wearable devices like skin patches that keep an eye on health devices and signals. Moreover, it can also be used for making devices that can differentiate between bacterial and viral infections using a single drop of blood. So, general practitioners and hospitals can benefit from this system. This report was also published in the Scientific Reports journal.<\/p>\n<p>At FabriCell, the team has adopted this method.
